FMEA

What’s FMEA

The abbreviation for Failure Mode and Effects Analysis. FMEA is a risk analysis to find causes and solutions. It is used to indicate prioritization for the defects that occur.

Why an FMEA?

How?

Write down what could possibly go wrong for each process step. Describe what happens to the customer and process when the error occurs. Assess the severity of this effect Identify the causes of the error.
