Laser machining
For machining ultra-hard materials such as PCD, CBN, and CVD we have also been utilising laser technology since 2011. With laser machining we are able to perform beautiful 3D operations with highly accurate results. Laser offers many new possibilities, especially when it comes to small tools. For example, it is possible to make spiralised drill bits and milling cutters from full PCD and CBN with dimensions of less than a millimetre. That is the power of laser technology.

PCD (Poly Crystalline Diamond) micro drills
Suitable for drilling glass fibre- and carbon-reinforced plastics. Applications include machining electronic components, dental restorations, and ceramics and carbide in the green phase. Micro drills from 0.5 to 3.0 mm can be configured absolutely any way you like.
