Industrial parts cleaning system MWS6
It achieves high throughput and maximum cleanliness in industrial parts cleaning. The currently largest Multi Washing System MWS from Silberhorn company has a choice of 2, 3 or 4 tanks for different cleaning liquids. With this and in combination with the new 8-fold swivel register, the machine achieves excellent results in terms of parts high purity.
And on a large scale, because the Silberhorn MWS 6 accepts components in XL format as well as small bulk material in large quantities – up to a maximum of 300 kg per pass. For even more throughput, several systems can even be set up in series and interlinked if required. Equipped with innovative technology that it is also at the forefront in terms of sustainability.

3D graphically calculation software
Knowledge about the precise production times at the earliest possible stage becomes an important factor. This software system, makes that possible during the quotation phases. It provides quick insight into process times, set-up times and additional times.
The software analyzes the geometry of a 3D workpiece and based on specific features it comes up with a complete machining proposal. In addition it's uses at the background machine parameters, necessary tools and cutting parameters. The various operations, and end result are finally shown in a technical overview sheet.
